Preorders:
All preorder items are subject to a non-refundable deposit of £5. This will be immediately charged to your card; the remainder of the balance will be charged around the time we receive the preorder item.

Order confirmations:
We do not have an automated response emailing system, instead preferring to send personal confirmations at the end of each shipping day. Please do not be concerned if you don't immediately get a confirmation of your order. Preorders will also be confirmed by the end of the day, and again on the day the item(s) ship.

Guarantees:
If your product is faulty, we will replace it. New hardware comes with a 1 year guarantee. 2nd hand hardware and all games come with a 90 day guarantee. If you have an item on CD or DVD and it has become badly scratched for reasons other than a manufacturing defect, and it will no longer operate, we are not able to replace it. If the faulty item is out of stock, we will give you the option to wait until it arrives back in stock, or receive a full refund.
