After the VGA Box/Cable, the RGB SCART cable is the best way to view your Dreamcast. Since a lot of people don't have monitors or VGA-compatible TV's the RGB SCART cable is the automatic first choice for most gamers. Far better than RF and Composite, and noticeably crisper than S-Video. The only problem is that not every USA/Japanese game works with this cable - there are about 5 games (as of November 2000) which are incompatible, the biggest title being the awesome Skies of Arcadia.
